The international scientific event of Iran and Iraq has started

The opening ceremony of the international scientific event on the occasion of Science Week was held on Saturday, October 15, 1402, with the participation of more than 60 universities from Iran and Iraq.

The main points of this scientific event, which is hosted by Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, with the presence of Dr. Seyed Mahmoudreza Aghamiri, President of Shahid Beheshti University and Dr. Jamila Alam Al-Hadi, President of the Research Institute for Fundamental Studies of Science and Technology, are academic interactions and communication, cultural exchanges. International and the development of diplomacy between the two countries are mentioned.

The scientific week of the Islamic Republic of Iran and Iraq has been held with the follow-up of the cultural consultation of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Iraq and the coordination of the Iranian ministries of science and Iraqi higher education.

Introducing the scientific and research capabilities and capacities and explaining the most important achievements of scientific and technological cooperation, examining the perspectives of cooperation and coordination between the universities of the two countries, consolidating the atmosphere of scientific cooperation and developing joint scientific programs with regard to the variables of knowledge and scientific discoveries in different disciplines are on the agenda. will be.

In this scientific conference, there will be a discussion and exchange of views about the joint work file in the fields of scientific research and cooperation programs of academic institutions of Iran and Iraq, also in order to expand and promote scientific and technological relations and implement joint research projects and develop joint cooperation between scientific centers and Memorandums of understanding will be signed between the two research countries.

Also, by holding meetings and webinars between universities and scientific and academic centers of Iran and Iraq, the existing challenges will be examined and resolved based on bilateral relations, exchange of opinions and joint academic committees will be formed to follow up and implement memorandums of understanding.
